Accessing Advanced Filters

You may have noticed that the filter view on the top of the "Care Management Services" and "Remote Patient Monitoring" has changed. All the same options can be found by clicking the "Advanced Filters" button. We shrunk this view down a little to assist users working on smaller screens.

  1. Navigate to the service type you wish and click the "Advanced Filters" button highlighted below.

  1. Please note that it will save any filters you apply. Make sure you remove them when finished so you have your full patient list.
