Bulk Assigning Care Managers to Patients

 

  1. To bulk assign patients to a care manager, navigate to the  “Care Management Services”, "Remote Patient Monitoring”, or “Patients” tab. Click the top check-box to select all patients listed on the page. NOTE: If only 10 patients are shown on the page it will only apply the change to those 10. You can select up to 100 to be displayed on the page.
    Additionally, if you wish to select certain patients, click the check box next to their name.

  1. Once you have selected the patients you want to bulk apply a care manager to, click the icon shown below.

  1. Next, click "Assign Care Managers" or “Unassign Care Manager” if you wish to remove the current care manager. 

  1. Select the care manager you wish to assign the patients to.

  1. Once you've selected the correct care manager, click "Assign Care manager" to complete the action.
