Issue

The Pylo OX1-LTE Pulse Oximeter has displayed an error when attempting to take readings.

Resolution

Below you will find each error code that can be displayed on the Pylo OX1-LTE Pulse Oximeter along with an explanation of what the code means and troubleshooting steps to take to resolve the issue.

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The unit fails to power on.  Low battery Replace the batteries.
The unit fails to power on. 

Polarities of the  batteries are  

reversed.

Make sure the batteries are
installed correctly.
The unit fails to power on. 

The unit is damaged. 

Contact the manufacturer.

The unit  doesn’t  display any information.

The emitting light doesn’t power on.

Contact the manufacturer.

Running out of battery.

Replace the batteries, ensuring they are oriented the correct way.

Data Not Transmitted.

Remove the batteries for no less than one minute and then reinsert the batteries. Test again in a stronger location or near a window.
