Occasionally you may come across the need to remove readings from an old/different device and import them into a new device. Below is a step-by-step guide to complete this action. In the pictures below this was completed on a BPM. The process is the same for all device types, the only difference is the “fields” you are mapping. At the end of this guide you will find the different device types and their needed mapping fields.
To export device readings make sure you have selected how much data you want to export. NOTE: If it's on the "Last 30 Days" it will only pull 30 days of data. Generally you want it on "ALL".
Next, click the 3-dots next to the old device IMEI.
Click "Export Device Readings"
Navigate to the new device you want to import the readings on to. Click the 3-dots again and select "Import Readings".
A pop up box will appear asking you to select the desired CSV file (The one we just exported from the old device). You can also drag & drop the file into the pop-up.
Once the file has been selected, you will see the screen below. Leave the time-zone selection on default. If the default time zone is incorrect to your establishments location, please contact Client Support.
Begin mapping the following data. Since this is a BPM we will select: Date, Systolic, Diastolic, Heart Rate, and Irregular Heartbeat. Once these lines have been mapped, click "Validate" in the bottom right corner. NOTE: Please do not fill out any of the other drop-down options.
The next screen will show you how many "rows" of data points it will be importing. Click "Import".
Confirm you are ready to import the data.
The readings are now imported. It shows the file size as well as who imported the file and the date.
If you incorrectly imported data click the "Actions" button on the import that is incorrect, as shown above. You can now "Revert" the import which will remove the readings you had just uploaded.
- Confirm you wish to revert the import.
