Review proper testing procedure and perform a quality check with a control solution. Repeat test; if “LO” still appears, call your doctor or seek medical attention immediately.

Low Battery

Battery is low

Charge the battery

Sampling error, please insert new strip and retest

A blood sample was applied to the test strip before the meter displayed: “Apply a drop of blood”. Or, when testing a control solution, a drop of control solution was applied to the test strip before the meter displayed: “Apply a drop of control solution”.

Please discard the used test strip and retest using a new strip

Used or damaged strip, please insert new strip

The inserted test strip has been used or damaged

Please use a new test strip.

Device malfunction, please test with control solution

The meter has malfunctioned.

Do a Quality Control Test or reinstall the batteries to check if the meter works properly.

Signal failure, please insert new strip

Meter detects an abnormal signal while testing

Repeat the test using a new test strip.

Strip error, please check strip and re-insert

Meter senses that strip code may be affected.

Remove strip, check it and reinsert. If unsuccessful, discard the strip and use a new one

Low blood volume, please insert new strip and retest

The applied blood sample volume is insufficient.

Discard the used strip and repeat the test using a new test strip.

Auto-coding error, please call customer service

An issue calibrating the Meter has occurred.

• Remove the test strip from the meter.
• Turn on the meter (press and hold the “home” button for 3 seconds).
• Press and hold the “home” button again to turn the meter on and insert the test strip.
• If you do not see the error message again your meter is functioning properly and able to perform a test

SIM Not Inserted; Searching..

Service is being interrupted.

Reboot the device by removing the battery from the back, leaving it removed for 2 minutes and then reinserting. This will force a reconnection.
