Creating and Managing Providers

Provider information can be accessed by clicking the “Providers” link from the navigation menu. On the main page, users will see a list of all of the providers currently listed within their tenant. It is important to note that Medicare electronic verification enrollment requires 2-4 days to process after a new provider is made. All other verification will be activated once submitted. A list of the providers and their information can be exported by choosing the white “Export to Excel” button in the upper right of the main “Provider” page.

To create a new provider: Users will find and click the blue “Create New Provider” button in the upper right of the screen. This link will open the “Create New Provider” window which will prompt the user to enter the provider’s identifying information. When all of the appropriate information has been entered and reviewed, users will click “Save” to finalize the creation of a new provider and automatically add the entry to the master list of providers. Conversely, a user can enter the providers NPI number and select the teal 'Auto-Populate' button.

To edit an existing provider: Users will find the teal “Actions” button to the right of the appropriate provider and choose the “Edit” option. This will open the “Edit Provider” window from which users can review and edit provider information as needed.

To delete a provider from the tenant: Users will find the teal “Actions” button to the right of the appropriate provider and choose the “Delete” option.
