Users are able to enable and customize notifications within the portal to make ensure they are updated to all major encounters that occur. Notifications and notification settings can be accessed by clicking the bell-shaped icon to the left of the user’s name at the top of the portal. The most recent notifications will automatically be highlighted; however, clicking “See all Notifications” at the bottom of the pop-up screen will allow users to view all system notifications.
Users are able to customize what events will trigger notifications to be sent to them from the Notification Settings Menu. From this window, users are able to opt in or out of receiving notifications and choose the notification types they would like to receive. Once these preferences have been customized, users should click “Save” in the bottom right corner to finalize the updated settings.
