Preview the New “AI Insights” Tab — Beta Enrollment Now Open

This tool is currently in active beta testing, and will be coming soon to the Prevounce platform as a standard feature. Future information about this feature will be added to this article on the knowledge base.

If you are interested in participating in our current beta of the AI Insights feature, reach out to our support team at: support@prevounce.com

Our team will activate the feature in your tenant within one business day and let you know when it’s ready. After activation, your tenant admin users can enable or disable the AI Insights feature for individual users in Users & Permissions. You can always disable the permission for your users if you'd like to turn off the feature.

Using AI Insights:

AI models have been making strides in improving efficiency of health data analysis and efficiency of communication. The AI Insights tab is an embedded tool built into the Prevounce platform to increase the speed and efficacy of care teams from within your patient's chart.

With AI Insights users can view a comprehensive analysis of patient’s demographics, connected device data, and chronic conditions. Additionally it provides a summary of relevant data points with actionable recommendations for patient’s remote care management programs, remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or both for dual enrolled patients. These insights are generated based on Prevounce’s care team protocol and established industry best practices for consistent, comprehensive remote care management, to make your patients’ care more personalized and time efficient.

To access AI insights, open the Remote Care Management page of a patient enrolled in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), or both. The AI Insights button is located in the top right of the page below the quick log section and above the care summary.

Clicking the AI insights button will open a tab on the right hand side of the page to show an analysis of the patient’s data, recommendations for the care team, and a summary of their overall health trends. These will be listed by program, RPM and Care Management, and contain multiple key observations at the top, in the form of bullet points, as well as multiple cards with identified trends.

These headline trend cards will be tagged with the time period over which the relevant data was collected, for an analysis of the last days of patient data. Click the “What source data supports this?” link on the bottom of the card to view the data that was used to find the trend.

Below the trend cards is a patient summary, which brings together important patient demographic data, an overview of trends in the patient’s remote care data and their most recent events

AI Insights is currently an early‑access feature. While it has undergone internal validation, it may occasionally misclassify or omit data. Always verify AI‑generated information before making clinical decisions. We may refine or disable the module during the beta period.

Please provide feedback from your experience to evaluate and adjust AI Insights before release.

Either email: support@prevounce.com or click the “Report usefulness and accuracy” button next to any AI‑generated statement in the portal.

We’re especially interested in:

  • Bug reports – crashes, loading issues, UI glitches, or missing trend cards.
  • AI inaccuracies – statements that misinterpret data, omit key info, or cite wrong dates/values.
  • Usefulness of suggested actions – are the AI‑generated next steps clear, relevant, and actionable—or off‑base?
  • Clinical relevance – which insights speed your workflow and which feel like noise?
  • Feature ideas – filters, export options, additional metrics, or anything that would make the tool indispensable.

A quick sentence, example screenshot, or chart URL goes a long way. Our developer team will review every submission and use them to inform our weekly updates prior to the general release of the feature.
